The developer is renovating the property, and the buildings are being converted to vacation rental condos. The renovations started October 2022. There will be a total of 14 buildings with 4 units in each building, 2 lower and 2 uppers. All of the units are 1 bed / 1 bath with over 800 sq ft. Thirty-two beachfront and twenty-four sea view units. The pe-renovation unit price includes the furniture package. All units are Strata Title. Financing Available

There is no monthly HOA. The owners will have 28 days of use per year, if used during low seasons or 14 days during high season, to use their unit; 1 night in high season is the equivalent to 2 nights in low season. There is no restriction in owners’ use, an owner can exceed the 28/14 days, however, there will be a nightly resort fee to cover the resort services, such as utilities, housekeeping, maintenance and common.
